Booking Terms

All booking requests are subject to availability and written confirmation by Magutu Villa. Rates, payment schedules, cancellation conditions and any special arrangements are confirmed directly for each reservation.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details and for observing reasonable house rules, safety guidance and property-care requirements during their stay.

Any third-party excursion, transfer or activity is subject to the terms of the relevant service provider unless otherwise stated in writing.
